Day 1Arrival Varanasi

The Ayodhya Varanasi Prayagraj tour begins when you arrive at Varanasi Airport / Railway Station. After arrival, transfer to the hotel. Varanasi, also known as Kashi, is the oldest city in the world. This sacred city is so pure that even a dip in the River Ganges is believed to wash away all sins. Moreover, Varanasi is known as the land of Moksha (Salvation). In the evening, proceed to experience the Aarti Ceremony at the Holy River Ganga. Afterward, return to the hotel for dinner and an overnight stay in Varanasi.

 
 
 

Day 2Varanasi Full Day Sightseeing

Firstly, early in the morning, take a holy dip in the sacred River Ganga. Afterwards, we will begin the sightseeing with a visit to Kal Bhairav Temple, followed by a visit to Kashi Vishwanath Temple, one of the famous 12 Jyotirlingas. Then, you will return to the hotel for breakfast. Afterward, proceed to visit Tulasi Manas Temple, Annapurna Temple, Durga Temple, Sankat Mochan Temple, and BHU. Following these visits, you will be transferred back to the hotel. At the end of the day, you will enjoy an overnight stay at the hotel in Varanasi.

Day 3Varanasi – Prayagraj

The next day, after breakfast, you will drive to Prayagraj. Upon arrival, you will be transferred to the hotel for check-in. Following this, the sightseeing tour will begin with a visit to Triveni Sangam, the confluence of the three holy rivers: Ganga, Yamuna, and the mythical Saraswati. Here, you will have the opportunity to take a holy dip at the Sangam. Afterward, you will visit Hanuman Temple and Akshayavat. Then, proceed to visit Anand Bhawan, a historical landmark. Finally, you will drive back to the hotel for an overnight stay in Prayagraj.

Day 4Prayagraj to Ayodhya

On Day 4 of the Ayodhya Varanasi Prayagraj Tour Package – 4 Nights / 5 Days Trip, begin the day with breakfast. Then, head to Sarayu Ghat (Ram Ki Paidi) for a holy dip and bath. Ram Ki Paidi features a series of ghats along the Sarayu River, where devotees of Lord Ram gather to bathe. It is believed that the sacred waters of the Sarayu wash away sins and purify the souls of those who take a dip.

Next, visit Shri Nageshwar Nath Mandir, dedicated to Nageshwarnath. According to legend, Kush, Lord Ram’s son, established this temple. The story goes that while bathing in the Sarayu, Kush lost his armlet, which a Nag-Kanya later found. She fell in love with him, and as a devotee of Shiva, Kush built this temple in her honor.

Afterward, stop for a photo at the famous Lata Mangeshkar Chowk, where Ram Path and Dharm Path meet. This newly popular selfie hotspot was built by the UP government to honor the late singer.

Proceed to Shri Hanuman Garhi Mandir, a 10th-century temple dedicated to Lord Hanuman. It is one of Ayodhya’s most important temples, where it’s customary to visit before the Ram Temple. The temple is believed to have been the site where Lord Hanuman protected the city.

In the evening, experience the divine Saryu Aarti Ceremony at Ram Ki Paidi. Later, visit Dashrath Bhavan, the original residence of King Dashrath, father of Lord Ram. Known as Bada Asthan, this site has magnificent shrines dedicated to Lord Ram.

Finally, visit Kanak Bhawan, also called the Golden Palace, dedicated to Lord Ram and Goddess Sita. Then, return to the hotel for an overnight stay in Ayodhya.

Day 5Ayodhya – Departure

Today, after breakfast, you will proceed to visit Shri Ram Mandir (Shri Ram Janmabhoomi), which is believed to be the birthplace of the Hindu deity, Lord Ram, a principal figure in Hinduism. According to the Indian epic Ramayan, Lord Ram, the seventh manifestation of Lord Vishnu, is said to have grown up along the banks of the river Sarayu in Ayodhya. The Ram Janmabhoomi is a highly revered site for Hindu devotees. After the visit, you will return to the hotel to collect your luggage. Finally, you will be transferred to Ayodhya Railway Station or Airport for your onward journey.
