A wonderful serenity has taken possession of my entire soul, like these sweet mornings of spring which I enjoy with my whole heart. I am alone, and feel the charm of existence in this spot, which was created for the bliss of souls like mine. I am so happy, my dear friend, so absorbed in the exquisite sense of mere tranquil existence, that I neglect my talents.
The journey starts at the Safdarjung Railway Station and the tourists have to reach the station on the mentioned reporting time for check in. After the formalities, they leave for Jaipur and a royal dinner is served aboard the Palace on Wheels.
The tourists arrive in Jaipur early next morning and they receive a refreshing breakfast onboard. They are given a traditional welcome according to the rituals at the Jaipur Railway Station after which they debark the train to explore the city of Jaipur. The tourists visit various tourist spots and have a tantalising lunch right at the Amber Fort, which is followed by a tour of the fort. The tourists can then look around in the local markets. They board the train for tea and snacks after which a grand dinner is served at the Jai Mahal Palace. The tourists then continue with their journey towards Sawai Madhopur.
The day starts with an early morning forest safari to the popular Ranthambore National Park where breakfast is served in a forest lodge. The tourists return to Palace on Wheels and move further on towards Chittorgarh. They have lunch onboard before arriving in Chittorgarh. The arrival is followed by a sightseeing tour of the massive Chittorgarh Fort accompanied by refreshments at the fort and a wonderful light and sound show.
The arrival is marked by a refreshing breakfast at a deluxe hotel in Udaipur followed by an excursion tour of the popular city attractions. The tourists enjoy an adventurous boat ride after having lunch at a heritage hotel. They return to the railway station for evening refreshments onboard the Palace on Wheels. The journey continues towards Jaisalmer as the tourists have a lavish dinner.
The day starts with a sightseeing tour of the city of the Jaisalmer. The tourists will either have a deluxe lunch on board the Palace of Wheels, or at the Hotel Moomal. They receive the evening refreshments in the sand dunes of Jaisalmer, which is followed by a venturous camel ride. The dinner is also served in the sand dunes that extend until the eyes can reach which is accompanied by a colourful and fun cultural program. They reach the train again and continue their journey towards Jodhpur.
The tourists have an onboard breakfast lavishly in the Palace of Wheels. The breakfast is followed by a local sightseeing tour of the popular tourist destinations around the city. The tourists explore the scenic beauty of the golden skyline with miles and miles of desert that are a feast to the eyes. They have lunch in a deluxe resort after which they return to the train for a relaxing ride to Bharatpur accompanied by dinner.
The last day starts with an early morning bird viewing in the Keoladeo Ghana National Park followed by a breakfast in a forest lodge. The tourists return to the train and continue their journey towards their last destination, Agra. After arrival in Agra, the tourists embark on a sightseeing tour of the popular heritage sites in the city. They explore the mesmerizing beauty of the Taj Mahal and they have an option to look around in the city market. The day ends with a fun light and sound show.
The tourists arrive at the Safdarjung Railway station early next morning. They receive an onboard breakfast, which is followed by farewell formalities and memories to remember forever.
