3. Travel Risks & Responsibilities

Traveling involves certain risks and uncertainties, such as changes in weather conditions, natural calamities, flight delays or cancellations, unforeseen accidents, political strikes, or unrest. In such scenarios, CDI shall not be responsible.

4. Limitation of Liability

CDI Travels & Holidays shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, illness, inconvenience, or expenses incurred during travel, whether directly or indirectly. Travelers are solely responsible for taking care of their personal belongings, documents, and other valuables.

5. Health, Safety & Entry Requirements

It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure compliance with all health, safety, visa, vaccination, and entry requirements of the destination country. CDI is not liable for denied boarding, denied entry, quarantine, or deportation due to non-compliance with such requirements.

Travelers must consult a medical professional before undertaking travel.

6. Travel Insurance

CDI recommends that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover medical emergencies, trip cancellations, flight delays, baggage loss, theft, and other unforeseen events for their own safety.

CDI is not liable for expenses arising from such situations.

7. Force Majeure

CDI shall not be responsible for any disruption, delay, or cancellation of travel arrangements caused by:

  • Natural disasters
  • Wars, strikes, or political unrest
  • Pandemics, epidemics, or government-imposed travel restrictions
  • Vendor failures

In such circumstances, cancellation and refund policies of the concerned service provider will apply.
