Cancellation Charges

When you book a tour with CDI, we book services for your comfortable tour that include hotel, accommodation, transportation, etc. You must note that we prepare all of this in advance because it is needed to avoid any last-minute rush. Our motto is to avoid all kinds of inconveniences that can happen to our guests so that the one who travels with us can enjoy their tour happily. Also, for such advance reservations, we have to pay the vendors in advance as well. If, for any reason, the tourists cannot take the tour and they cancel, then such cancellation charges are borne by us. We cannot ask the tourists for such charges later on, so in order to cover such possible losses, we have no option but to go for the cancellation charges. Our cancellation charges are a rough percentage of the total tour cost, which varies with the number of days prior to the departure date. Please see them as follows:

Amount of cancellation charges in % on total tour price must be paid by the Guest

* More than 90 days – Registration Amount or 20% + GST whichever is higher

* 90 – 61 days – 30% + GST

* 60 – 46 days – 50% + GST

* 45 – 31 days – 75% + GST

* 30 – 16 days – 90% + GST

* 15 – 1 days – 100% + GST

* On the day of departure – 100% + GST

* On Tour – 100% + GST

*Cancellation on Additional Service/Deviation will be charged extra. GST is applicable on cancellation charges

General Terms applicable for all types of cancellations

Applicable refund as per our cancellation policy will be paid within 10 working days from the date of cancellation.

No interest will be payable on the refund of any cancelled tour.

CDI does not have any responsibility towards additional expenses relating to any arrangement made by guests themselves.

Tour cancelled by guest due to personal reason:

If the guest decides to cancel the tour for any reason, he shall make a written application to info@colorfuldestinationsindia.com

The letter or email must contain:

* Name of travellers

* Tour code/form no.

* Registered mobile no.

* Reason for cancellation along with a copy of receipts issued by CDI.

Tours cancelled by CDI:

CDI may cancel the tour without assigning any reason and in such an event the guest/s can claim only the amount paid by them after deducting the taxes.

When CDI decides to cancel the tour, cancellation of the tour shall be communicated at least 15 calendar days prior to the date of commencement of the tour.

Rescheduling of tour due to uncontrollable factors:

CDI reserves the right to reschedule the tour and/or change the itinerary due to uncontrollable factors.
