March signifies the starting of the summer season and the ending of winter one. During March, the climate in Rajasthan is little hot at daytime but cool at nighttime. The temperature reaches to an extent of 38ºC at daytime and 7ºC at nighttime. Visitors need to wear appropriate clothes depending on the weather conditions and stay hydrated while traveling. Rajasthan is much more enjoyable during the month of March because some coldness left out in the atmosphere. Furthermore, some fairs and festivals such as the Elephant festival, Kaila Devi Fair, Shitla Mata fair, and Gangaur festivals happen in the month of March.
